We don’t care how many times you’ve fallen, or how far you have to go. We also don’t care if you’re a world class athlete. We require one thing of our members: willingness to try. It’s all about your attitude. If you are willing to give it your all, we are willing to train you. This is a two way street, and no progress will be attained without your full buy in. If you have one foot in and one out, you will not like it here. You also won’t see progress. You’ll be frustrated, we’ll be frustrated, and everyone will suffer.
Thanks, but No Thanks
If you are not willing to follow our principles, with a good attitude, GreenStrength is not for you. And that’s awesome. Do your thing. Training should be something you love. We are committed to kindness, honesty and putting in the work. If you don’t love GreenStrength, find something that you do love. It will benefit us all.
We are not here to get you lean. If aesthetics or fat loss are your only goals, this style will not serve you. We are after health, performance, open mindedness, change. Weight loss/performance gains are often a result, but never our sole goal. You are deeper than that. You are more than enough just as you are. Join GreenStrength because you want to be better than you were yesterday. Comparison steals joy.
We’re proud of our members. If you see someone out and about in one of our savage shirts-you best believe they earned it. Join our movement, smash your goals, and become one of us.
Training at GreenStrength is conducted in classes or private training sessions. In addition you are more than welcome to use our facility during all open gym times once you become a member. We understand the pressures of life and that our classes will not always fit into your schedule. Not only are we flexible, we understand. However, we do believe you will achieve the best results by embracing the community, and finding yourself a part of it. Be encouraged to participate in class, as much as possible for optimal results. If you can’t make it to class, training for the day will be posted on the whiteboard as well as online. Please exercise caution when training solo, google exercises to be sure you know what you are doing, and put away all equipment you use.
